Selected candidates will work in manufacturing plants supporting production, machine maintenance, quality checks, and technical operations.

Responsibilities include:

• Operating and monitoring factory machines
• Performing machine maintenance and repairs
• Inspecting products for quality standards
• Troubleshooting equipment issues
• Supporting production line activities
• Maintaining workplace safety procedures
• Recording technical and production reports

• Must be Ugandan aged 21 – 40 years
• Diploma, certificate, or vocational training in relevant technical field preferred
• Previous factory or technician experience is an advantage
• Ability to work shifts and overtime when required
• Good communication skills
• Physically fit and ready to relocate abroad
• Passport or National ID required
